Ordering your photos online through this portal is easy, safe and secure. You can pay by VISA/MasterCard or PayPal. Our site is fully SSL Encrypted so your information is secure.

Preschool photos now require a password to log in and place an order. If you have forgotten your password, please speak to your centre manager, or email our office for further details. Be sure to tell us which centre your child/children attend so we can give you the correct password.

Paying Cash
If you prefer to pay for your order by cash, cheque or by credit card and EFTPOS in person - you are welcome to do so at our Narellan Office. Office hours do vary daily so please call the studio first on 0411 552488 and make a time to pop in. The details and our location can be found on the "Contact Us" page.

Photos for each individual child can be made in one order - even if you want to order different PAKs per child. You can then pay for the orders altogether.

More than One Child
On the checkout page there will be a text box for you to indicate the school/centre that your child/children attend.
​
All children are photographed whether an order is received or not - this is how we make up the class photos - from the beautiful individual photos. This means if you forget to place an order before school photo day, you can always place an order any time later.

Photo Delivery
Once all the photos and photo orders are complete, they will be returned directly to the school or centre for you to collect there. Please allow approximately 30 days after the last scheduled photo day for the centre for orders to be completed and delivered. This time will be dependent on the time taken by the staff for approval of all the class photos.

Orders placed either 2 months after your centre's initial photo delivery date or at the end of November onwards may incur a postage fee instead of free delivery to the centre.

Digital File Delivery
Digital Files will be emailed to your nominated email account that you use in the checkout. If you pay via PayPal this is usually the email address that is used automatically for your order. Be sure to check that your PayPal account is up to date with your correct email address.

Be sure to add our email address: pakpix@handprint.net.au to your email white-list, so your emailed digital file does not go to your junk or spam folder.
Illness/Absence
If for any reason your child is ill or absent from school on photo day, we will offer you a time to bring your child to our Narellan Studio for a makeup photo. If you cannot get to the studio for a make up photo and if you originally placed an order, a full refund will be given, and your child will be marked absent on the class photo.

Absent children will have their names noted on class photos as absent.
Guarantee
We guarantee that you will love your child's individual photo. If not - we will re-photograph them at our Narellan studio for free.
We guarantee to remove any obvious cuts, bruises and minor blemishes from your child's face and visible skin.
We guarantee to remove any major obvious stains from uniforms and clothing within reason.
