PAKPix Photos regards customer privacy as an important part of our relationship with our customers. The following Privacy Policy applies to all PAKPix Photos users.

To use the PAKPix Photos website PAKPix Photos may require information from you to ensure we provide the best service possible. All correspondence may be collected and stored, particularly regarding sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by PAKPix Photos is collected via correspondence from you or your child care centre / school. This may be via the telephone, email, mail or through our website.

PAKPix Photos uses this information in ways that are necessary for us to conduct business with our customers, and this includes but is not limited to:
1. Fulfilling orders for photos and other products placed by the customer
2. Customer service enquiries
3. Customer surveys
4. Product updates and offers from time to time
5. Information on Photography Day
6. Updates on the delivery status of your order.

Any details collected from PAKPix Photos customers are required to provide you with our products, services and to provide a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded to provide service references and to assist in our staff development.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on the PAKPix Photos website, we encrypt your personal information.

If you purchase a product from PAKPix Photos, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact details (such as name, email and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number details). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

To protect your personal information and images PAKPix Photos takes reasonable steps and follow industry best practices to ensure that information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. All information and images are stored securely, and all electronic material is protected by enterprise-grade firewall security, data encryption, data access authorisation controls and virus protection. Mechanisms used to protect your data are checked and updated regularly.

All chosen images are kept indefinitely by PAKPix Photos unless we are requested in writing to dispose of them. The archived images are used when we receive requests for reprints of lost or damaged photographs. Printed material that is not required to fulfil orders are securely shredded and disposed of.

We rely on the Child Care Centre/School to only provide personal information on students whose parents and/or carers have given permission for their details to be shared for school photography purposes. If any child is under a Child Protection Order and that order contains a non-photography clause, we do not obtain personal information about that child.

Group/Class images will only be supplied to the parents and carers of students appearing in the photo (or would have been in the group but were absent on the day of photography). Printed photography products may be supplied to the Child Care Centre/School for their use, to display class photos or for use on parental portals.

PAKPix Photos does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.

PAKPix Photos reserves the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

The terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy only cover the domain name of https://www.pakpix.photo

If your identifiable information changes or you no longer desire our service you may correct, update, delete or deactivate by emailing us at pakpix@handprint.net.au

If we make changes to our Privacy Policy we will post those changes to the document, the PAKPix Photos website and other appropriate places. PAKPix Photos will undertake all measures to ensure customers are aware of what information is being collected, how it is used and under what circumstances it is disclosed, if any. PAKPix Photos reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
